Barry Cranford – Founder - aka, the one with the vision
Barry has been running RecWorks for 10 years and has over 15 years’ experience in tech recruitment, with a big focus on community development. As a result he’s really very well connected in the London tech scene and has a genuine commitment to ethical sales and business growth. He also has some strong opinions on recruitment and puts a huge amount of time and effort into making the whole process a better and more worthwhile enterprise.
Terry Moor - Account Director - aka, the one who sells the dreams (and makes the matches)
With previous work including Head of Sales for a major publishing company, Terry has recruited well over 100 sales people. He brings with him incredibly varied and valuable experience and, following 20 years of public sector experience, has been recognised by the RSA and invited to become a fellow for services to community cohesion and engagement. He’s also unimpeachably honest and incredibly dedicated to doing the very best job possible.
Tanya Cranford – Executive Director - aka, the one who make sure it all happens on time
Tanya has worked in business consultancy and analysis for over 7 years, and brings incisive insight to the business. She has been with RecWorks since 2012, helping to guide the business and new ventures such as PFR in their strategy and implementation, and makes sure that everything gets done at the right time.
Rob Steed - Recruitment Manager/Search Specialist – aka, the one who tells us how to do it
Rob is a highly experienced independent recruitment specialist with over 20 years in the business. He excels at finding the right people in the right places, and has a preference for the unusual roles that traditional recruiters find hard to fill.
Nicola Morton – Recruitment Team - aka, the one who tees up the opportunities
Nicola has a background in agency recruitment and has worked with RecWorks since 2010. She leads the telephone interviewing and screening of all recruitment undertaken at RecWorks and PFR. She has a real passion for the community side, and is involved with both the London Java Community (LJC) and the Graduate Developer Community (GDC), both founded by Barry. She loves to be learning all the time and really enjoys talking to the group users, discovering all the different personalities, passions and industries they are involved with.
Dominique Carlo – Recruitment Team - aka, the one who finds the right people
Dominique comes from an agency recruitment background and is passionate about finding candidates their perfect role, and clients the perfect candidate.
She deals with all our internal applications and ensures we interview the best candidates for our roles.
